Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies can vary according to apartment type. So please check the conditions of your selected room for any applicable policies. But don’t worry if you change your mind; we offer a refund as long as you don’t wait until the last minute to let us know.

If you are a Guest and suffer a Travel Issue, we concur, at our discretion, to either,

(i) Reimburse you up to the amount paid by you (“Total Fees”) depending on the nature of the Travel Issue suffered,

(ii) Use our reasonable efforts to find and book another Property for any unused nights left in your booking which is reasonably comparable to the Property described in your original engagement in terms of size, rooms, features, and quality.

(iii) If you cancel your booking without any travel-related issues 14 or more days before the commencement of the booking, a full refund will be issued. However, if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start date, no refund will be provided.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.

(i) Please inform GOODWOOD SUITES HOMES VACATION in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

(ii)Upon arrival, a security deposit of AED 1000 is required to be paid in cash. After checkout, you will receive your full reimbursement also in cash after the property has been inspected.
